Terms and Conditions

By accessing this website or requesting, booking, or making use of any services provided by RHE Towing Services, you agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting or making use of any service provided by RHE Towing Services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

RHE Towing Services provides towing, recovery, roadside assistance, vehicle transportation, and related services. All services are rendered based on the information supplied by the client at the time of booking.

RHE Towing Services reserves the right to refuse service where conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or beyond operational capability.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. RHE Towing Services reserves the right to request payment prior to or during service delivery.

Accepted payment methods include
  • Cash
  • Immediate / Instant EFT

4. Right of Retention Non-Payment

In the event of non-payment, RHE Towing Services reserves the right to retain possession of the vehicle until full payment has been received. Storage fees may apply for the duration that the vehicle remains unpaid and in our care. RHE Towing Services further reserves the right to take any lawful steps necessary to recover outstanding amounts.

5. Client Responsibility

The client confirms that they are either the legal owner of the vehicle or are authorised by the owner to request the service. All personal belongings must be removed from the vehicle prior to towing or transportation. RHE Towing Services will not be held liable for loss of or damage to any items left inside the vehicle.

6. Vehicle Condition and Limitation of Liability

RHE Towing Services will take reasonable care while handling all vehicles. We shall not be held liable for damage arising from:

  • Pre-existing mechanical or structural faults
  • Low ground clearance
  • Aftermarket modifications
  • Rust, wear and tear, or weakened components
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Any concerns or claims must be raised immediately upon delivery of the vehicle.

7. Insurance

RHE Towing Services maintains operational insurance cover. Liability is limited to the extent of such insurance coverage and applicable policy terms.

8. Delays and Force Majeure

RHE Towing Services shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather conditions
  • Accidents
  • Mechanical breakdowns
  • Acts of God

9. Cancellations

Cancellations made after dispatch of a vehicle may result in a call-out or cancellation charge.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

11. Amendments

RHE Towing Services reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this website.
